Our team of industry professionals has worked to build a reputation for safety, on time and on budget completion and unparalleled customer service.RTL Construction is currently recruiting experienced and safety conscious Crusher Personnel to join our team on a seasonal basis. The successful candidates must be well versed in all areas of a Rock Quarry Crusher Operation including plant maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and be knowledgeable of materials specification.We provide flights from major airports and camp accommodations. Rotation is 4 weeks in, 2 weeks out.What you bring:

• Foremans: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an equipment or plant operator (tower) with knowledge of the operation and maintenance of crushing systems and practices. Previous experience in a leadership role is also required. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients, contractors, and all levels of employees.
• Tower Operators: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a plant operator (tower) with knowledge of the operation and maintenance of crushing systems and practices.
• Loader Operators: Minimum of 2’ years John Deere 944 or Cat 988 equivalent loader experience feeding a crusher or similar operations.
• Groundsman: Ability to do physical work for long periods of time, including shoveling, cleaning belts, and assisting in screen changes. Be observant of the plant operations from the ground.

All Positions:

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required for all applicants.
• Solid understanding of preventative maintenance and minor equipment repair
• Must be willing to work as part of a team.
• Must be willing to work in a remote camp.
