Matrix Expedited Service, LLC is hiring CDL A or B OTR Dry Van Established Teams in Flint, MI. Matrix is looking for pre – made teams to haul freight primarily throughout the eastern half of the US. Like winning teams, having the right team players in the right positions increases the team’s opportunity for success.

Compensation

• Average CDL A annual pay: $80,000 to $170,000 per driver

• Base 80 CPM paid to the truck
• Average of 6000 miles weekly per team
• Average CDL B annual pay: $80,000 to $130,000 per driver

• Base 65 CPM paid to the truck
• Average of 6000 miles weekly per team
• All miles paid
• Additional pay :

• Dock Bumps: $25 per stop for loading or unloading at customer dock
• Detention Pay: $15 per hour after 2 hours from appointment
• Layover Pay: $130 after 24 hours from delivery
• DOT pre-trip/post-trip inspection pay: $3 each (2 per day total)
• Border Crossing: $18 loaded only, in transit shipments: $10 loaded only
• Bonuses :

• Sign on bonus: $10,000 per team
• FAST Card bonus: $10,000 per team
• Clean DOT Inspection Bonus: $25-$100 gift card
• Clean 6 month safety record bonus: 2 CPM
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home Time: 1 week per month

• 34 hour reset at home is possible but not guaranteed
• Schedule: Out for 14-21 days
• Route: OTR, no west coast
• Level of Touch: Mostly no touch freight

• Will need to secure loads

Equipment

• 2023 Freightliner Cascadia tractors with sleeper for CDL A teams
• 2023 Freightliner straight trucks with sleeper for CDL B teams
• Automatic transmission
• Amenities: APU, Refrigerator, XM Radio, GPS, Dual facing dash camera, Samsung tablet
• Governed speed: 70 mph on cruise, 68 to the pedal

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have CDL A or B license
• Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable driving experience hauling freight in similar equipment
• No reckless driving or drug/alcohol convictions in the past 5 years
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• Drivers must live within 300 miles of Flint, MI
