Admin Assistant/ Receptionist Job Details:
Full time – Receptionist / Admin
Our client is an award winning financial planning practice based in Mt Gravatt with over 40 years in the industry.
They are looking for an experienced and personable receptionist with excellent computer skills to join their team!
Based at the front desk, you are essentially the face of the business so customer service skills and a great attitude go a long way! Working largely autonomously, this roles requires a fast learner who is computer savvy.
About the role:
- Responsible for day to day functions of reception including mail, scanning, filing and general office management
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Generating reports as required
- Introductions for entry of customers
- Diary and email management using Outlook
- Data entry on industry specific CRM Software (training provided)
- Assist in improving processes and procedures
- Information gathering and directing to relevant team members
- Training provided onsite for their specific systems
About You:
- Admin or Reception experience highly desired! – Financial industry experience NOT required
- Intermediate to advanced IT skills and experience with Microsoft (Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Effective and timely response to client enquiries
- Work as part of a team to ensure service levels and deadlines are met
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Team player with demonstrated ability to work autonomously
- Great interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with clients and with external professionals
- A desire to learn and develop additional skills
