• Evaluating and improving existing production processes to optimize efficiency and output
• Developing and implementing new processes and technologies to enhance productivity and reduce costs
• Utilizing mathematical modeling and computer simulations to analyze process performance and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to identify process improvement opportunities
• Conducting root cause analysis and troubleshooting to resolve process issues and minimize downtime
• Conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measures to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices
• Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process documentation
• Training and mentoring junior engineers and operators on process protocols and procedures
• Monitoring and analyzing process data to identify trends and patterns, and making recommendations for continuous improvement
