Job Position: Quantitative Developer Job in Singapore – Visa Sponsorship Available .

The client is a leading Systematic Hedge Fund that has a significant international presence and is expanding its core equities business in London and Singapore.
Their top priority is to bring experienced developers to work alongside the firm’s researchers and traders. The technologists are regarded as the backbone of the company, sitting alongside other core parts of the business, and working on different asset classes. As the firm takes pride in its collaborative culture, you will have great exposure to working with quantitative researchers and traders, as well as developers like yourself.
Your responsibilities can include, but are not limited to.
- Collaborating with Traders and Researchers to define requirements and deliver tailored software solutions.
- Designing and constructing large-scale analytical libraries which will be used by individual trading and research teams firmwide.
- Developing elegant code to help compute challenges covering large datasets and parallel computations.
- Building tools and applications to support research, alpha & signal generation, systematic and non-systematic trading
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience using Python or modern C++ (14/17/21) in a front office environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a Quantitative Field; maths, statistics, computer science, etc
- Experience with Distributed Computing, Platform Development, Networking, and System Design.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills

- Competitive base salary between £120,000 and £180,000
