Temporary Receptionist Job Details:

The Temporary Receptionist position in Portland, Maine is responsible for phone coverage, greeting/directing visitors, managing room reservations, distribution of mail (in office), and locking/unlocking the building. Successful candidates will be available to train with the current receptionist in advance of coverage for a half day or full day.

Temporary Receptionist Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

1 to 2 years of prior office or customer service experience

Comfortable with current office tools and technology

Temporary Receptionist Details:

Schedule: September 28th & 29th, November 20th, 21st & 22nd, 7:45 a.m to 4:15 p.m

Pay Rate: $20/Hr.

Start Date: ASAP
